Delivery Information

DELIVERY INFORMATION:

Purchases from Hip Hub will be delivered by the guarantee of MNG Kargo for domestic orders in Turkey. International orders will be delivered by DHL. You can find list of delivery prices at checkout.

For orders below 75 TL, delivery fee of 5.00 TL for domestic orders (or the appropriate delivery fee for international orders) will be added to the total purchase amount. For orders over 75 TL, delivery will be free of charge.

In case of exchanges and returns, our customers will not be charged any delivery fee.

Items that we have in stock will be delivered to our customers within the following 1-2 business days if the items are ordered before 3:00 pm on the day of purchase.

Purchase orders that have been issued on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays will be given to the courier companies on the following business day.

Currently we are not able to process returns for orders that are delivered to countries other than Turkey.
