You can exchange an item after 7 days from the day it has been shipped if the required sizes are in our stocks. For the items that are not in stock, we process them as returns.


You can return an item within 15 days from purchase with any reason and you can have the return of your payment. If you want to return an item, the package of the item should not be damaged, the item should not be used, the barcode should not be broken or separated from the item. You should send the items/items for return in their original packages with their original accessories. All the procedures about your returned items will start from the moment it arrives to our warehouse and will be finalized within 1 week. All the information about the returns process will be sent to your e-mail address. Timing of the return of your payment to your bank account may vary from bank to bank.

If the cargo company is not at your address, it will deliver your package to the distribution branch. If you do not receive your package delivered to the branch within one (1) day, your order will be returned to Hip Hub Store and the cancellation process will be applied. This text should also be included in the order form after the customer's transaction as a fix.

All products whose defects are detected by the authorized technical units can be returned, but returns without an excuse cannot be made in the following cases.
• Bottles, pacifiers, breast pads, breast pumps, teats, teether products, etc. products included in the entire hygienic group.
• Packages of opened or damaged gelatin, blister or vacuum packaged products.
• Underwear and washed textile products, food products (food, beverage, etc.)
• FMCG products without protective bands (cream, shampoo, etc.)
• Products sold at a discount in the display / opportunity corner aisle and the defect of which has already been indicated.
• All used products (even if they are suitable for the return and exchange period due to the loss of their salability feature, there is no return or exchange)
• Products with damaged packaging: The product to be replaced must be in perfect, complete and original box as at the time of purchase. It is not possible to return or exchange the products that cannot be delivered complete and undamaged with their box, packaging and standard accessories, if any.
